StepJockey a health tech business, where I was invited by shareholders to undertake a commercial review prior to additional investment. I was charged with troubleshooting immediately to stem losses, return to break even revenues, and turning around the business successfully as CEO.

Absolute, an insurance claims outsourcing business where I was assigned by plc shareholders, to advise on the performance of principals, sales and business development and asked to oversee the business as an interim CEO working with the founding team.

Hamilton Bradshaw is a private equity company whose principal is James Caan. As James Caan's interim Commercial Director and Chief of Staff, provided oversight and direction of non-recruitment portfolio companies. Deputised for James, liaising with leadership team, triaging new deals with investment portfolio directors, and acting as a mentor to leaders in the business.
